Yoga Classes & Teacher Training

I took my first yoga class at the age of 21 and knew from that day on that I would be doing yoga for the rest of my life. I have explored many styles of yoga including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Bikram. I am deeply fascinated by yoga philosophy and incorporate it into my daily life. My style of teaching could be described as creative Vinyasa Flow with an emphasis on challenging sequencing and transitions and special attention to the breathe. I believe a yoga class should be both challenging and relaxing and should not ignore the subtle aspects of yoga and the ultimate point of the practice, which is to find stillness and peace. Ashleigh runs an annual teacher training and teaches group and private yoga sessions. Ashleigh is an E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) and owner of the HFPA Yoga School in South Africa
