CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL
Our facility subscribers of satellite commercial mobile radio services call when in need of emergency assistance . Always do your best to communicate honestly and sincerely. We ask questions to verify your understanding of the emergency situation. We set priorities among incoming events and dispatch the police to necessary locations using both radios and computers. We keep an accurate status of exact location of equipment and personnel by maintaining radio contact. We treat all our call as priority and react instantly to all emergencies. ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT SERVICES
Our Advanced Life Support (ALS), also referred to as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), is a set of life-saving protocols and skills that we extend beyond Basic Life Support (BLS). We provide urgent treatment to cardiac emergencies such as cardiac arrest, stroke, myocardial infarction, and other conditions. Our ALS medical care uses more sophisticated methods, such as intravenous fluids and medications, in conjunction with advanced airway management and ventilation, on our patients with the ultimate aim of decreasing mortality and improving health-related quality of life of our patient
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
We provide first-aid treatment or life support care to sick or injured patients. We Transfer patients to the emergency department of a hospital or other healthcare facility. The basic difference between EMTs and paramedics lies in their level of education and the kind of procedures they are allowed to perform. While EMTs can administer CPR, glucose, and oxygen, paramedics can perform more complex procedures such as inserting IV lines, administering drugs, and applying pacemakers. Our EMS services are: To Ensure that you and the casualty are safe from further danger , To keep yourself and the casualty calm, To check that you have no problems breathing and control any bleeding with direct pressure & to keep them warm and dry.
